Inventory

Items you've picked up but not yet sold — your list of things to get listed.

Inventory is the middle stage of a flip: items you've picked up but haven't sold yet. It's your working list of things to get listed — sitting between Pickup Runs (deciding and collecting) and the Flip Tracker (the money view of completed flips).

What shows up here

A listing lands in Inventory the moment you mark it acquired (it's in your hands). It stays here until you record a sale, at which point it graduates to the Flip Tracker as a completed flip. Items you've only committed to pick up (pursued) aren't here yet — they're still on their way to you.

What each row tells you

  • Capital — what you recorded paying to acquire the item (acquisition + any repair/transport). If you haven't logged a purchase price yet, it shows a Record what you paid link.
  • Days held — how long it's been in your inventory. Items held 30 days or more are highlighted so stale capital is easy to spot and prioritize.
  • Draft a listing — jumps to the item's page and generates a ready-to-post title, description, and suggested price (grounded in the app's analysis and sold comps) so you can get it re-listed fast.

The summary strip

At the top you'll see how many items you have in hand, the total capital tied up in them, and how many are aging (held 30+ days). It's the quick "what do I need to move" snapshot.

The pipeline, end to end: Decide → Pick up → Inventory → Sold.
