Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Opportunity Radar (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Worth Radar helps you find and evaluate local marketplace listings for potential resale. It gathers publicly available listing information from third‑party marketplaces, applies automated and AI‑assisted analysis, and presents estimates such as condition, resale value, effort, and a score. The Service is an informational and productivity tool only.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one person or business; your data is private to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Free trial and subscription

New accounts include a free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice (a price change will not affect the current billing period you've already paid for). Subscriptions renew automatically at the then‑current price until canceled.

4. Canceling & refunds

You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you keep full access until then, and your subscription is not renewed for the next period. We do not cut off access mid‑period when you cancel, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period.

Payments are non‑refundable, including for periods during which you did not use the Service, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel billing — cancel the subscription first (or use the billing portal), then delete the account if you wish.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may keep your account active for a short grace period while the payment processor retries the charge. If payment is not resolved, your subscription may be canceled and access suspended. We may also suspend or terminate access for non‑payment, violation of these Terms, or use that creates legal or operational risk. When your paid access ends, automated searches stop running; your account and stored data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third‑party data and your responsibilities

Listing data, images, and descriptions originate from third‑party marketplaces and their users, not from us. We do not own that content, do not guarantee its accuracy, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any marketplace. You are responsible for how you use information obtained through the Service, including complying with the terms, rules, and applicable laws of any marketplace you interact with and any transaction you pursue. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. No professional advice

Scores, valuations, profit estimates, and recommendations are automated estimates for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of resale value, profit, or outcome. You make your own purchasing and selling decisions at your own risk.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or publicly republish data or images obtained through the Service;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law; or
• share your account with others or exceed reasonable, individual use.

8. Availability

The Service depends on third‑party sources that may change, block access, or become unavailable at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we do not guarantee that any particular source, listing, or feature will remain available or uninterrupted.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
