- Top opportunities — your best-scored, still-available resale leads, so the strongest flips are one glance away. "View all" opens the full Opportunities dashboard.
- Recent want matches — the latest hits from your wishlist searches.

While new listings are still being analyzed, Overview shows an "analyzing" indicator; counts update as verdicts land. New to the app and it's empty? Create a search or add a listing and the best leads will start surfacing here — see Getting started.
